BUILT ON HONESTY & INTEGRITY

KNOW THE TRUE CONDITION OF THE PROPERTY

Pre-Pour slab inspection is one of the most important inspection stages in your home building process.
Our inspection check list at this stage makes sure that concrete slab has been built as per provisions of AS 2870-2011- Residential slab & footing.

We make sure that the slab has been prepared for concreting as per Engineer’s approved drawings. Types of rebars specified are laid accurately, steel mesh is tied correctly, dimensions of the slab is correct are a few key points of our checklist. We will further make sure that the builder rectifies any defects on site before pour of concrete at the time of inspection.

Our report shows why the defect is not complying with the relevant clause of the Australian Building Code.

We will also inform the builder if site drainage is not adequately maintained during the entire period of construction. Poor site drainage( Water ingress in to the foundation) is the main cause of building movement.
