BUILT ON HONESTY & INTEGRITY

KNOW THE TRUE CONDITION OF THE PROPERTY

Pre-Handover Inspection

Once your new home has reached practical completion, the builder will contact you to arrange a Pre-Handover Inspection. This inspection is some times called PCI (Practical Completion Inspection).

Regardless of the name, it is essentially an opportunity to inspect your new home, and make the builder aware of any issues or defects you would like rectified before you settle and receive the keys to your new home.

A home is the biggest investment most people will ever make in their lifetime, and this is why independent quality inspections are so important.
The overall inspection is a visual inspection of overall finish presented by the builder at the time of
inspection. This report has listed items that in our opinion do not reach an acceptable standard of quality, level of building practice, or have not been built in a proper workmanlike manner in relation to the Building Code of Australia (BCA), Victorian Building Authority’s standards and Tolerances guide and any relevant Australian Standards.
